I recently had the pleasure of consulting with Dr. Divya, a psychotherapist, regarding my daughter's difficulties at school. Our experience with Dr. Divya was overwhelmingly positive, and I am grateful for the profound impact she has had on my daughter's life.

I had visited Dr. Divya Gupta as I was facing inattention problems at work and in personal life, which I had been facing for a few years now. She evaluated me as per DSM and WHO criteria. She heard about my problems, explained the brain’s mechanism and suggested simple steps to follow. When I failed to follow these, she followed up and corrected me. It has been 3 months, and I can definitely see the difference in my work; my improvements have also been noticed by others around me at work. To begin with, I have had frequent mental break downs due to my childhood trauma that includes divorce of my parents and also I faced lot of challenges in coping with life after an unfortunate accident of my own brother. I faced hard times with my in-laws as well. My postpartum depression also got added to the list and I started to have mental breakdowns. I used to cry or vent out my anger. At one point I even started to hurt my self. Then me and my husband decided to seek professional help. That's when we researched for physiactric help. Dr. Divya helped me a lot to understand the importance of having control over our emotions and actions.

Initially I was in a perception that how few motivational words are going to help me come out of my depression.

But Dr. Divya gave a clear picture of good things that I have with me to focus on and to manage difficult times maturely. She aided me to grab the little strawberries(source of happiness )in my life and live a fulfilling life.

I thank her a lot for the efforts she put and for her guidance.

I request everyone to realise the importance of mental health and help your loved ones if they are dealing with depression.

I'd like to highlight that "Professional help makes a great difference". Consider that mental health is very much important just as physical health.

I have approached Ms. Divya when I was down with issues with my negative thinking, low confidence, lack of concentration. Ms. Divya listened to all my concerns, adequately asked me questions behind the logic why I was feeling such a way and today I see myself as a different person altogether recovered almost 90% from where I was 3 months ago. I first met her when in made trip to India and had only 3 in person sessions but I got very influenced and because she was so good I continued the take online classes even after I came back to USA and found the need to talk to her frequently as each session saw improvement me as a person . Kudos to Ms Divya and stay positive, good things come with patience and staying positive always.

I started therapy with Dr.Divya around 2 months ago and it has really helped me get my life on track. Iam really thankful to her for continuously motivating me to be my best version and also helping me and my partner solve our differences and see things from each others perspectives. If you are looking for someone to understand you without any judgement she is the person. I also must say she is very patient and encouraging and always has a warm smile which made it easy for me to open up. If you are a beginner and never attended therapy and are looking for help she is the best person.

We have attached for counseling our kid for behavioral issues and she patiently listened and arranged sessions not only for kid, but also for us. It's fruitful experience.

Post-relocation to India, I dealt with extensive anxiety, multifaceted life changes, and panic attacks.
